Before booking, please take a moment to read and acknowledge our salon policies. These help us ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our clients.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value.

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be marked as a no-show.
  • Please note: if you arrive late, nail art may not be available within the remaining time.

đźš« Children & Pets

For everyone’s safety, please do not bring children or pets to your appointment. We work with sharp tools and professional products that are not safe for little ones or animals.

  • All bookings, cancellations, and reschedules should be made through our online booking system.
  • Messages sent via email, text, Facebook, Instagram, or Google are only checked during working hours and may not be seen in time.
